FAQs

Q. Can I buy Products on the Website?

A. We are in the very early stages of enabling customers to purchase directly from the website. For now, we are limiting direct purchase to our Charity Partner and Special Event Spirit items as we keep a small inventory of these on hand all the time.

However, because most of our products are custom-made, we feel it’s important to have a discussion with you about your order first to make sure Zoe is making exactly what you would like so please continue to use the Contact Us form or email us at zomuchmore@gmail.com.

Q. How does Pricing work?

A. We try to keep pricing as simple as possible:

  • Single bracelets: $5 each (whether solo or part of a stack)

  • Stretch Wraps and Necklaces/Chokers: $10

  • Single Color Ink Pens: $5

  • 4 Color or Tube Filled Pens: $7.50

  • 8 inch Card/Picture Holder: $10

  • 4.5 inch Card/Picture Holder: $5

As always, 20% of topline revenue goes to our Charity Partners.

We do need to charge sales tax on products depending on the state you live in. The current rate in Massachusetts in 6.25%.

We will work with you to price bulk orders at a discounted rate. Contact us to discuss.

Q. Do you ship to other parts of the country?

A. For now, we are focused mostly locally where we can hand-deliver products ourselves or through our awesome network of friends. However, we are happy to send to you; we will just add shipping cost for First Class Mail through USPS . Over time, we hope to figure out a better deal!

Q. how does bracelet sizing work?

A. Over time we will likely move to more standardized sizing but for now, we typically use Zoe’s or Aaron’s wrists as the starting point for “off the rack” bracelets based on who we think it might appeal to but we encourage you to measure a bracelet you own and let us know the length that’s best for you when you place your order. We also do have molds for several different sizes that we use when needed. Zoe can always adjust the pattern if necessary to ensure a good fit. No extra charge for alterations!

Please note that we do not recommend for very young children (or those accustomed to using chew jewelry) due to the potential choking hazard. Zo Much More bracelets are not a therapeutic product.

Q. How DOES Swag Bag/Kit assembly pricing work?

A. We will work to a price based on the parameters of the specific project to see if it makes sense to go by the piece, the bag/kit or simply by the hour. Contact us to discuss.

The customer typically provides the items and packages, but if you prefer to have us purchase them, we can do so and pass the purchasing costs on to you directly (no mark-up).

As it’s our goal to promote equitable opportunities for individuals with disabilities, we set an hourly charge based on the going rate that most individuals around Zoe’s age would get paid working at a part-time job. Zoe is extremely efficient at this type of work!

We are NOT required to charge sales tax for services.

Q. How DO I PAY FOR PRODUCTS & SERVICES?

A. Our accounting system is set up using Square. When we complete an order, we will email or text you the invoice. The invoice will give you several different options for payment - credit or debit card, Apple or Google Pay.

If you prefer Venmo, we are set up as @Zomuchmore.

You can also pay by cash or by check (payable to Zo Much More).

For Charity Partner and Special Event Spirit bracelets, you can now purchase them directly on the website from the Spirit Shop page.

Q. How does zo much more support organizations committed to improving quality of life for adults on the autism spectrum?

A. Many companies donate a portion of their bottom line profits to other organizations. At Zo Much More, our starting plan is to donate 20% of topline revenue (excluding sales tax and/or shipping) from every order - whether products or swag bag/kit assembly - to an organization that seeks to improve quality of life for individuals on the autism spectrum. Said another way, anytime you spend $5, we donate $1 to a worthy organization.

Our 4 Charity Partners for 2025 are: ACEing Autism, East Coast Jumbos, Waypoint Adventure and Operation House Call.
